The Vortex HD Optical System uses selected glass elements to reduce chromatic aberration and deliver sharp, detailed views from edge to edge. Advanced XR Plus anti-reflective lens coatings maximise light transmission, producing bright images and reliable visibility during early mornings, evenings and overcast weather.

Dielectric prism coatings support clear, colour-accurate viewing, while phase correction enhances contrast and resolution. These advanced optical treatments help reveal subtle plumage, markings and textures when observing birds and other wildlife at varying distances.

A true open-hinge design provides comfortable, balanced handling without unnecessary bulk. Protective rubber armour offers a secure, non-slip grip, while ArmorTek provides an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant coating that protects exterior lenses against scratches, dirt and oil.
