WildlifeCam Limited (“WildlifeCam”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We only collect and use personal data where it is lawful and fair to do so. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We are a UK retailer of wildlife cameras, night vision, thermal imagers and related accessories.

How we collect your information

You can browse most of our website without providing personal data. We collect information when you:

  • Create an account or update your profile
  • Place an order on our website or by telephone
  • Subscribe to newsletters or marketing updates
  • Enter a competition, promotion, or survey
  • Contact us by email, phone or post
  • Interact with us on social media

What Information We Collect

Identity & contact data – name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone.

Order & payment data – items purchased, payment method details (processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card details after the transaction).

Account data – login/email, order history, preferences.

Technical & usage data – IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, clickstream, time on page, errors (see Cookies).

When you place an order, your payment is processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. SagePay, Opayo, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna). We do not store full card details once the transaction is complete.

We may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and browsing behaviour on our website (see “Cookies”).

How we use your information (lawful bases)

We process your personal data under one or more of the following bases:

  • Contract: to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, provide customer support.
  • Consent: when you opt in to receive our newsletters or other marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
